If you’re planning your 11+ test preparation for this year you’ve probably already considered mock tests and you may already have a tutor - or are considering one. This can be a great way for your child to have one-to-one support, but it’s not always easy to find a tutor and they can be very expensive, with prices starting at £20 per hour.
A cost-effective alternative is to consider a short course and/or summer camp where professional educators are able to deliver high quality teaching and learning in a supportive environment. There’s no long-term commitment to employ a tutor and you can intersperse courses with some mock tests to build your own preparation programme.
Cotswold Education has been providing 11+ preparation for over 10 years in Gloucestershire and has dedicated, highly experienced and qualified staff who are DBS cleared, to inspire and educate your child.
The 11+ short course can be taken as an intensive week-long online course in April or as a six-week evening course in the summer. The course is a mix of teaching topics, fun activities, games and practice questions. Your child will develop great strategies to tackle a wide range of the new GL style 11+ test questions.
The 11+ summer camp in July and August has a more relaxed summer feel, consisting of games, puzzles, fun activities and tips and tricks on how to do well in the test.
