Register to vote and have your say

Cheltenham Borough Council is urging people aged 18 and over to registering to vote. It only takes five minutes, says the council, and if you’ve not yet registered or you’ve recently moved address, you can do it online at www.gov.uk/register-to-vote.
To vote in person voters need to bring their original photo ID to the polling station. A photocopy won’t be accepted.
Those who do not have the accepted form of photo ID, can apply for a free Voter Authority Certificate online (www.gov.uk/apply-for-photo-id-voter-authority-certificate), complete a paper application or apply in person at:
Cheltenham Borough Council Municipal Offices, Promenade, Cheltenham, GL50 9SA.
For more information and for a full list of accepted ID, please scan the QR code.
