The National Trust's Summer of Play returns to Avon

This summer, National Trust places are bursting with fun as Summer of Play returns for the school holidays - and this year it’s supported by Pokémon.

Play your way at Tyntesfield near Bristol where you can get creative in the messy play tent, challenge your friends to crazy golf or get hands-on with nature.

There’s a festival of fun at Lacock near Chippenham. Let your imagination run wild with den-building, barefoot walking and mud pie-baking.

On top of an already jam-packed Summer of Play at Tyntesfield and Lacock, you can discover the all-new Pokémon zones. Get stuck into Pokémon trading, take part in mega games and collect stickers.

The Pokémon fun continues at Dyrham Park near Bath. Follow the Pokémon TCG Mega Evolution trail in search of each Pokémon, discover their powers and complete challenges. There will be a festival-feel at Dyrham with imaginative, performance and creative play, a mini-maze and plenty of games.

Summer of Play is also on at Prior Park in Bath, Avebury near Marlborough and Newark Park near Wotton-under-Edge so there are plenty of places to play near you.

Summer of Play runs throughout the summer holidays and is included with normal admission (free entry for National Trust members and under 5s). No need to book, see the website for more information.
