Great prizes to be won by designing a car for the future in Toyota’s Dream Car Art Contest

Toyota invites children to show their creative skills as it opens entries for its Annual Dream Car Art Contest
Toyota is giving children a great opportunity to use their creativity, imagination and drawing skills to explore what the future of mobility might look like.
There are prizes to be won in three age categories: under-eight, eight to 11 and 12 to 15 years old. The three winning entrants in each category will each receive an iPad (Gold winners) or a Samsung tablet (Silver and Bronze winners), plus a Toyota goody bag. Their work will also go forward to the competition’s global final.
Previous winning designs have shown the breadth of imagination at work, as children look at how cars can provide not just mobility, but also help address some of the challenging issues the world is facing. For example, previous eye-catching entries have included a pod vehicle designed to take lonely older people on adventures, and vehicles that can lower the ocean’s temperature, helping prevent the bleaching of coral reefs and the melting of ice caps.
