Competition Terms & Conditions
These T&C’s only apply to publications produced by WRITE PLACE MEDIA.

Please read these competition rules carefully. If you enter one of our competitions, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.

1. To enter a competition you must be a UK resident. If it’s a social media competition you need to be 13 years and over.
2. Competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Write Place Media.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. Write Place Media may cancel or amend any competition, competition information, or these terms and conditions without prior notice. Any changes will be posted either within the competition information or these terms and conditions.
5. Only one entry per person.
6. If you want to enter a competition you may enter via www.primarytimes.co.uk on the applicable competition page, or you can also send your answer to the questions, together with your name, address and e-mail address by e-mail to: competitions@writeplacemedia.co.uk
7. Sending an e-mail is not proof that we have received your entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason.
8. The closing date is as specified in each competition, and Write Place Media reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
9. The winner will be chosen at random from all those entrants who have selected the correct answer.
10. If you win a competition, we will notify you by phone or e-mail. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. If we do not get a response to the email within 5 days, the prize will be offered to a runner-up. If the runner up does not respond or is unable to accept the prize it will then be offered to another runner up, and so on.
12. The panel of judges for each competition will be comprised of members of the team at Write Place Media
13. The prize will not be transferable to another person.
14. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
15. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
16. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.
17. Write Place Media reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Write Place Media may also create rules which will apply to a specific competition only. If we do this we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on the relevant competition page.
18. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. By participating you hereby release and hold harmless Facebook from any and all liability associated with this promotion.
19. Write Place Media will endeavour to send prizes within the required time frame but cannot guarantee the delivery time.
20. Your details will be collected solely for the purposes of the competition you enter and deleted once the winner/s have been notified.
