Screech Owl Sanctuary & Animal Park
Why not make your visit to the Sanctuary extra special by booking a personal encounter with the owls, meerkats, fox, wallabies, or lemurs.
The Sanctuary is based on the edge of Goss Moor. They are open daily in July & August from 10am to 5pm. There is free car parking on site, a children’s play area, tearoom, & picnic area. Throughout the day, & included in the admission price, you can enjoy two flying displays, and a range of owl & animal talks.
This Minack Theatre production is adapted by David Wood from the novel by Philippa Pearce and will be performed on dates from 22nd August to 1st September.

Summer of Fun at Paradise Park in Hayle.
Celebrating its 50th birthday this summer with ‘The Parrots of Paradise Quiz’, the Park is home to over 1200 birds, including stunning parrots, penguins, eagles and owls to name a few.
