Family Hubs in Cornwall
Family Hubs across the county support the delivery of services for families, children and young people aged from pre-birth to 19 years olds (or up to 25 years for anyone with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities).
There are 23 locations across Cornwall and offer a friendly, informal atmosphere for families to be supported by professionals, meet with other families and access high-quality services. Facilities include child and family health services, antenatal, child development, Early Years and Early Help, social care, physical and mental health and wellbeing, services from voluntary and community organisations and information, advice and guidance.
