10am to 2pm. Mind in Furness are pleased to be back at Ulverston's Ford Park for this year's Mental Elf 5k family fun run! Launch your Christmas celebrations on Sunday 14th December by dressing in elf costume (if you fancy) and joining us for this festive fundraiser for all the family. It's a chance to have fun, connect and contribute to a great cause with friends, family or colleagues - everyone is welcome - even dogs can join in the elf fun!
