Do you have a proven track record in telephone sales? If so we are looking for right person to work from home, looking after our established Dorset Title and be part of a busy, creative, friendly team.
Can you maximize advertisement volumes and revenue?
Do you like maintaining and increasing business from existing accounts and through the introduction of new accounts.
Able to respond to queries effectively, efficiently and in a professional and polite manner.
Want to maintain and develop a high standard of customer relationship and goodwill at all times.
Willing to attend face to face meetings with potential and existing clients.

Tasks
- To identify and maximise revenue from new accounts
- To maintain and increase business from existing accounts
- To maintain and develop a high standard of customer relationship and goodwill
- To maintain a designated territory on the database with relevant, readable, comprehensible information
- To adhere to company policy regarding customer discounts, credits, free orders, credit control
- To maintain correctly customer notes, quotes, confirmations, and keep up to date personal workbooks and sales.
- To respond to queries effectively, efficiently and in a professional and polite manner
Person Specification
- Advertising Sales: 1 year
- Self-Motivated
- Able to avoid distractions
- Successfully selling publication advertising to businesses
- Account managing key customers to maintain repeat business
- Identifying customer needs; proposing suitable advertising packages
- successful presentations to prospects and effective order closing
- Sales targets oriented
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & email
- Builds good relationships with customers and colleagues
- Good literacy, grammar and numeracy skills
- Good organisational and time management skills
- The ability to work under pressure
- Driving license
- To occasionally work away from home on a business trip
Pay
Basic + Bonus + Uncapped commission.
