How Performing Arts Enhances a Child’s Future Happiness

“I’ve been overjoyed to see the transformative impact our classes have had on young people. Receiving heartfelt videos from our alumni for our 21st anniversary, sharing how our classes positively shaped their adult lives, brought tears to my eyes.” – Anna Fiorentini.

Performing arts can be a catalyst for a child’s happiness and future success. Drama, singing and dance nurture creativity and self-expression, essential for emotional wellbeing and confidence. Performing arts foster teamwork and collaboration, translating into better academic and social interactions. Additionally, they stimulate cognitive development. Learning lines, mastering choreography and understanding musical compositions enhance memory, concentration and problem-solving abilities, which are invaluable in academic settings and beyond. Children involved in the arts develop strong communication skills and may exhibit higher levels of resilience and empathy.

The Anna Fiorentini Theatre & Film School, which has a 24-year track record for excellence, is thrilled to invite potential students aged 4 – 18 years to attend a Taster Day in January. It's a chance for them to try out the classes and meet the talented and friendly team before signing up for the rest of the term ahead. Branches can be found in Stratford, Hackney, Docklands, Greenwich and Camden.
