A Muddy Adventure for the Whole Family
Get ready to kick off the new school year with an unforgettable family adventure at Haven House Children's Hospice Mud Run!
Gather your Mud Tribe and take on a fun-filled challenge packed with mud, laughter and teamwork. Whether you're joining with family, friends, neighbours or classmates, this is your chance to create lasting memories together while supporting local children and families cared for by Haven House.
Designed for all ages and abilities, the Mud Run is all about having fun rather than racing to the finish line. There are no timers, no pressure and no experience required – just plenty of muddy obstacles, big smiles and a fantastic atmosphere. Choose between a 5km course featuring 17 exciting obstacles or a shorter 1.5km route with 12 obstacles, perfect for younger adventurers. Run, jog, walk or splash your way around the course at your own pace.
Taking place just after the summer holidays, it's the perfect opportunity to bring everyone together before the busy school term gets underway. From climbing and crawling to cheering each other on, every obstacle is a chance to work together and enjoy the great outdoors. Every participant will be helping Haven House continue to provide specialist care and support to seriously ill children and their families. Go along, get muddy and make a difference!
