Mark Thompson's Space Cadets Training Academy Reader's Review

Mark Thompson's Space Cadets Training Academy

This is a show for children and adults with a love of all things space….  bet you wouldn't think you'd get to  see a comet made with soy sauce and cow poo!

In a really fun, and interactive way Mark Thompson teaches some really complex things in plain, straightforward language with some really fun experiments too. It's all done in a very relaxing atmosphere and easy to get the kids involved and listening.

During the show Mark showed us how to make a rocket with water and alka-selzer, a chemical reaction like a volcano and even a comet! He involves all the kids by asking them questions and getting them up on stage to help out with the experiments too. He uses the screen to show pictures about the solar system and the kids get a cool sticker at the end.

Rachael (aged 6) said "I really liked it when my friend went up on stage to smell the cow poo!" and "I liked the rocket experiment best, mum and I are definitely going to try that one at home".

Hailey (aged 6) said " I really like the show as it taught me even more about space than I knew already" and "I like everything especially the cow poo bit".

A great educational and fun show for adults and children.
