The Nutty Professor and his Amazing Magic Bubble Show Reader's Review
The Nutty Professor and his Amazing Magic Bubble Show
As the title suggests this show is all about the bubbles. The nutty Professor and his assistant Miss Squeakybottom have lost the magic bubble solution and need to make more in order to produce the great big giant bubbles worthy of the show’s finale. Once the bubble solution has been made the display begins starting with small bubbles and progressing to smoke in bubbles, bubbles within bubbles, sausage bubbles, bubbles on people’s heads and culminating with people inside bubbles. There is also a guest appearance of a clown puppet called Buster, who in turn showcases his own bubble making skills.
There is a degree of humour designed to appeal to the younger age range that certainly had my daughter laughing at times and there was some simple magic interspersed throughout the show. The show had elements whereby children from the audience could become involved in the show, in particular, the grand finale for which there was no shortage of volunteers.
Overall a decent show compared to some of the more established returning shows.
