Carefree Kids 2020 is bringing play therapy to schools in Waltham Forest, NE London and Essex
Carefree Kids 2020 is dedicated to improving the emotional well-being of children by providing one-to-one weekly play therapy sessions in local schools. Recognising the impact of early support on children's mental health, Carefree Kids offers a safe, nurturing environment for young people who are facing difficulties in their lives. In addition to supporting students, the organisation also works closely with school staff through individual support sessions, helping to create a more holistic approach to emotional care within school communities.
With demand growing, Carefree Kids is calling on local schools and community members to get involved. Volunteers can join the committee or train as play therapists – no prior experience or qualifications are required, just the right personal qualities.
Currently applying for charity status, Carefree Kids 2020 is on a mission to deepen its impact across East and North East London. and Essex. Those interested in learning more, partnering with the organisation, or joining as volunteers are encouraged to reach out.
