Wellness and Connection with Heart Centred Parenting
Heart Centred Parenting offers nurturing wellbeing events, family gatherings and mentoring support in Colchester, Essex, focused on community connection, nature and emotional wellbeing.
This summer, tweens and teens aged 10–16 can join a Wellness and Mindset Camp on 28 August at St Mary’s Lower School, Stanway. Running from 10am–4pm, the day includes nourishing activities, organic homemade food and supportive wellbeing sessions in a welcoming environment.
