100 years of Glasgow Corporation Motorbuses

2024 marks 100 years since Glasgow Corporation introduced motorbuses.  Glasgow Vintage Vehicle Trust is marking this special anniversary with a parade of Glasgow’s buses through the years. The parade will be headed by the oldest surviving Glasgow bus which is a 1928 Leyland Titan and will follow a route starting at Glasgow Green and work its was through the city, passing through Glasgow Cross, George Square, the West End and finishing at Riverside Museum will go on display.
