When Claire became a mum, finding work that fitted around family life felt impossible. Between school runs, caring responsibilities and everyday pressures, she wasn't sure where to start. She then heard about a free service available to parents in North Lanarkshire called Working for Families and decided to get in touch. The service helped her explore her options, build confidence and take practical steps towards finding work that fitted around her family life.
