North East Deaf Theatre aims to support deaf children and young people to develop their creative skills, build confidence and form new friendships. Together with deaf arts organisation Turtléar, we explore theatre-making including, creative writing, storytelling, acting, lighting & backstage skills to create our very own productions to share with friends & family. Workshops are delivered in English & British Sign Language on the third Saturday of the month. For ages 5-12. Places are free but must be booked.
