This weekend sees the start of the celebrations of the life & work of Sir John Vanbrugh who was the architect of Seaton Delaval Hall, who died 300 years ago. Activities over the weekend include lively storyteller performances, creative, drop-in workshops in activities including paper costume making, creating Vanbrugh style cardboard buildings, & the opportunity to share in a mini performance based on Vanbrugh's restoration comedies.
