DISNEY'S "FROZEN" TO BE PRESENTED FOR FIRST TIME EVER ON DISNEY JUNIOR, IN SPRING 2016

For the first time ever, Disney's "Frozen" will be presented on Disney Junior, in Spring 2016. From Walt Disney Animation Studios, "Frozen" is the highest grossing animated feature film ever and has won multiple awards including two Academy Awards®, a Golden Globe® and two Grammy® Awards.

Fan favourite Olaf then makes a special appearance on the hit series for kids age 2-7, "Sofia the First," in Spring 2016 on Disney Junior.

Josh Gad is the voice of Olaf in the “Sofia the First” special titled "The Secret Library: Olaf and the Tale of Miss Nettle," the second episode of a four-part story arc. Megan Mullally returns as the voice of Miss Nettle, a role for which she received an Emmy Award nomination earlier this year. Eric Stonestreet and Hugh Bonneville recur as Sofia's flying horse Minimus and the Narrator, respectively.

Disney Junior's Emmy Award-nominated "Sofia the First" is the number one ratings driver for the channel in the UK. The series stars Ariel Winter as Sofia, Sara Ramirez as Queen Miranda, Wayne Brady as Clover, and Tim Gunn as Baileywick. "Sofia the First" is executive-produced by Jamie Mitchell and Craig Gerber and is a production of Disney Television Animation.

Walt Disney Animation Studios' animated feature "Frozen" launched a worldwide phenomenon in 2013, becoming the highest-grossing animated feature ever released with more than $1.27 billion in global box office. "Frozen" has received multiple honours, including two Academy Awards, the Golden Globe, BAFTA® Award, PGA Award, five Annie Awards and two Grammy Awards. The film’s quadruple Platinum soundtrack, featuring the Oscar®-winning song "Let It Go," has sold over 10 million units worldwide and spent 33 weeks in the top five on the Billboard 200 chart, including 13 weeks at number one. Millions of guests enjoy "Frozen" experiences at Disney Parks around the world, where Anna and Elsa are among the most sought-after princesses, and construction is underway on a new "Frozen" attraction at the Norway Pavilion in Epcot at Walt Disney World Resort. Disney Cruise Line has featured a variety of "Frozen"-inspired activities on select itineraries. "Disney Karaoke: Frozen" app peaked at number one on the iPad Entertainment Downloads category in more than 100 countries, while fans have spent 42 billion minutes playing the "Frozen Free Fall" mobile game. The adventures of Anna, Elsa, Olaf, Kristoff and Sven continued in "Frozen Fever," a Walt Disney Animation Studios short film created by the original "Frozen" team, which debuted in theatres in March 2015.
