Come along to London’s New Year’s Day Parade 2024
London’s New Year’s Day Parade 2024 will celebrate the vim, vigour, talent and diversity of the remarkable capital and indeed, the country that it serves.
The stunning parade has become a cherished annual tradition since 1987, and it’s a wonderful spectacle for all the family to enjoy! Not only is the parade free to watch, it’s set to be jam-packed with entertainment, music, culture and incredible talent from across the globe. The festivities, which start at noon, last for around three and a half hours, so arrive early to secure the best views.
The parade will begin in Piccadilly near Green Park Tube station. The route will pass through Piccadilly Circus, along Regent Street St James’s, and continue through to Trafalgar Square before finally arriving at Parliament Square.
What to expect: Boyzlife, 1,000 cheerleaders, 25 international marching bands, Chesney Hawkes, Superstar DJs, Eye-catching floats, BGT mega stars Boogie Storm, Representation from over 27 countries.
Be amazed by the sensational and eclectic performers taking part in the London Boroughs' competition, who will present their creative masterpieces and showcase their borough to the watching world. To date, the London Boroughs' competition has raised more than £2.5million for local charities.
