The Education Authority (EA) is encouraging school principals to help shape its delivery of Maintenance and Minor Works Services to schools.
EA is currently reviewing the delivery of these services and is asking principals to complete an online survey and attend a follow-up workshop to discuss how any challenges can be addressed.
“The aim of the survey is to seek the views of schools in the areas of value for money, responsiveness, quality, timeliness and the role of the EA Maintenance and Minor Work Services,” said EA Director of Operations and Estates Sara Long.
“The survey will be open until Friday 28 September and follow-up workshops will take place at a number of venues from late September and throughout October. Workshops can be used to raise issues and discuss how they can be addressed.
“Emails have been sent to all school principals informing them of the survey and the workshops. We would encourage all schools to participate in this consultation to explore how EA can ensure the delivery of a fit for purpose service.”
