Camp QE The Ultimate Adventure for Yorkshire's Young Secret Agents this May Half Term
Budding spies can join a hub of Secret Agent activity this May Half Term as Camp QE, based at Thorpe Underwood Estate and home of leading Independent School Queen Ethelburga's Collegiate, returns for Spy Week from 1 – 4 June.
As well as the return of the famous Camp QE Pool Party with new twists, activities will include: Secret Agent Training; Gadget Making; Laser Beam Obstacle Course; Spy Slip 'n' Slide; Mission Impossible; Murder Mystery; Interrogation; Hidden in the Shadows; and Dodgeball.
In line with national Government guidance the camp will be operating as covid-safe with all necessary precautions and are open for children that require childcare due to their parents working. The camps are for children aged 5 – 13 years (must be 5 prior to 31 August 2020 – Year 1 school age) and the price for a four-day week is £200 per child or £55 per day, with sibling discount available. The camp runs from 9:00 to 16:00 and free wraparound care is available, from 8:00 – 17:30. Included in the price as well is a hot lunch and snacks.
Every day at Camp QE is different and combines a great selection of outdoor sports, outdoor games, indoor sports, indoor activities and arts and crafts. Outdoor activities range from popular sports such as football, rugby and tennis right through to rock climbing, scavenger hunts and skating, whilst our indoor activities can include basketball, dodgeball, table tennis, baking, tie-dying t-shirts, and many more.
The state-of-the-art facilities and high-quality, independent-school coaching staff ensure that every child has a safe, enjoyable learning experience that they'll remember always.
