Organic Banana Pancakes with Frozen Raspberries

The kids are loving these organic banana, coconut flour, eggs & frozen organic raspberries pancakes. These pancakes are high in protein, essential fatty acids & jam packed with long lasting energy.




  1. Mash bananas together with eggs & 1/3 cup of coconut flour until smooth.

  2. Add in 1 cup of raspberries & stir through.

  3.  In a hot pan add some extra virgin coconut oil & spoon in a dessert spoon size ball of the mixture. Cook each side for a few minutes until golden.
