Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and when hot add the hazelnuts and fry until golden, then add the kalettes and sauté for one minute. Then add all the spices, season to taste and sauté for another two minutes.
Turn off the heat and add the raisins and hazelnuts. Stir well to mix all the ingredients.
Arrange the Kalettes® on a plate and top with grated parmesan to taste. Add a few basil leaves as decoration.
