Jumbled Alphabet is a free exhibition at the South London Gallery (SLG)

Artist Nairy Baghramian makes sculptures that ask you to reconsider your sense of self, space and relation to the object.

Artworks from her Misfits series will be on show at both SLG sites, the Main Gallery and Fire Station. The series explores the idea of children’s building toys in which pieces fit together perfectly, celebrating the beauty of things that don’t fit, recognising the magic of being an outsider and seeing the potential in imperfection.

Children will be able to contribute to a shared drawing, as well as touch and even climb on some of the sculptures.
