Giant Christmas Tree Light Switch-On Coming to Castle Square
Plus free festive entertainment for all the family in November! Visit on Friday, November 29th, from 3:30pm to 7:30pm to celebrate the Castle Square Christmas Light Switch-On! Enjoy an afternoon filled with live music, carols, festive food, and special guests.
Castle Square will be transformed with holiday cheer, featuring Santa’s Grotto where children can meet Santa and his elves, drop off Christmas lists at Santa’s Post Box, and share why they deserve a spot on the nice list this year.
The festivities will continue with free entertainment across the square, including performances by the Elephant and Castle Community Hub Choir and the Southwark Brass Band, creating a magical musical atmosphere.
The main event - lighting the Giant Christmas Tree and Castle Square lights - will occur at 6pm. It’s the perfect way to kick off the holiday season with your local community.
