The experience begins the moment you’re greeted by a team of cheerful elves at the entrance, who will lead you to the start of your adventure: the Magical Elevator. As the doors close, you’re transported on a mesmerising ride over snow-capped mountains and through shimmering winter scenes.
Once you arrive at Santa’s enchanted world, you’ll be greeted by the man of the season himself — Father Christmas! In his cosy, snow-filled grotto, children will have the chance to chat with Santa, share their Christmas wishes, and receive a cuddly gift to take home. Every family will also have the opportunity to capture the moment with a professional photograph, available to purchase as a special memento of the day.
