The Cutty Sark will not be the only ship making waves in Greenwich this winter. The much-loved Greenwich Theatre is bringing the award-winning pantomime Peter Pan to south London this festive season, promising magic, mayhem and plenty of laughs for the whole family.
Written and performed by the legendary Anthony Spargo (Horrible Histories, Barmy Britain), Greenwich Theatre recently scooped Best Script and Best Pantomime (Under 500 Seats) at the UK Pantomime Awards 2025.
Spargo returns for his twelfth Greenwich Theatre panto, this time as the dastardly Captain Hook, alongside director James Haddrell and musical director “Uncle” Steve Marwick, the team behind last year’s smash hit Dick Whittington and His Cat.
Joining them are Samuel Bailey as Peter Pan, Nikita Johal as Wendy, Louise Cielecki as Smee, Tom Murphy as Starkey and Olivia Williamson adding sparkle as Tinkerbell. A talented young ensemble brings the wonder of Neverland to life through stunning design, lighting and music.
Director James Haddrell says that pantomime remains one of the most important traditions for families, offering joy, laughter and togetherness when it is needed most.
With affordable ticket prices and award-winning quality, Peter Pan at Greenwich Theatre is set to be a festive highlight for London families.
