One of the best-loved fairy tales, Sleeping Beauty, is getting a whole new look this Christmas – to coincide with the pantomime at the Sunderland Empire. Once Upon A Winter’s Trail will feature unique illustrations from the story which are painted on shop windows throughout the City Centre. A map is available to help people follow the trail, with each window having its own QR code which can then be scanned to be in with a chance to win a prize.
