Empower Your Child's Learning in Maths, English, and Science
In Lancing Prep Worthing's hour-long small group tutoring sessions, open to Year 5 and 6 pupils that attend other schools, their tutor will help to build your child’s confidence and curriculum knowledge in maths, English, and science. Whether your child is looking for extra support in the lead up to SATs or just has a passion in a particular subject area, they are there to help.
The enthusiastic tutors are highly qualified and have many years’ experience teaching. They encourage pupils to adopt a growth mindset where they develop a love for learning (one of the school aims), resilience, and are encouraged to always try their best. This ensures that all pupils can reach their full potential.
Progress will be tracked and reviewed with you and your child and at the end of the course they will receive a certificate for taking part.
The maximum class size will be 15, and children will be provided with a healthy snack.
On the day of your child's first session, you will be invited with your child to the school for tea and cake, giving you the chance to get to know your tutor.
