As the days get longer and the weather a little warmer, spring bulbs will be flowering, and pockets of bluebells can be found nestled amongst the trees at Morden Hall Park. Heritage fruit trees blossom in April and blossom can be seen all around the park including ornamental cherries, blackthorn, hawthorn, crab apples and horse chestnuts. Keep an eye out for the Canary Bird rose - one of the first roses to bloom in April!
It's a great time to get outdoors and get involved in fun, family-friendly activities at Morden Hall Park. Visit for Quacky Races on Thursday 10th April, or let off some steam in the natural play area (just past the white bridge) where you can climb, balance, swing and leap. There's plenty to keep your imagination active and your feet busy.
Visit during the Easter weekend and join Bunny Ranger for a fun-filled trail packed with fun activities. From welly wanging and child-safe axe throwing to a lively ring toss game, there’s plenty to enjoy with a playful nature-inspired twist. It’s the perfect spring day out for little adventurers and nature enthusiasts alike!
Trail costs £3.50 and includes a chocolate egg, or a vegan ‘Free-From’ chocolate egg, both made using cocoa from Rainforest Alliance Certified farms.
