Summer holidays at Morden Hall Park

Escape the hustle and bustle of city life and dive into a world of fun and adventure at Morden Hall Park this summer! With vast open spaces and a host of family-friendly activities, it's the perfect spot to unplug and reconnect with nature.

Enjoy open air family theatre in the Rose Garden with Quantum Theatre's productions of Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream (suitable for 11+ years) and Lewis Carroll's Alice Through the Looking Glass. For younger members of the family, visit for the classic tale of Wind in the Willows, from Immersion Theatre.

On Mondays and Wednesdays, head over toward the Stableyard picnic area for free games and activities as part of their Summer of Play sponsored by Starling Bank. Mondays are all about sporty fun, while Wednesdays spark creativity with imaginative play.

Saturday 5th July is National Meadows Day, and families can pop down to sweep the meadows on a nature discovery experience uncovering the wonders of wildlife. On Saturday 9th and Friday 15th August, families can join a twilight walk in the park in search of bats and see the park come alive as the sun goes down.

After a day of fun, why not pop along to the Potting Shed or Stableyard cafes for a variety of drinks, snacks and delicious ice cream including vegan soft serve ice cream.
