Visit Ham House and Garden in Richmond this Easter for a National Trust Easter adventure. Make your way along a trail inspired by the English Civil Wars, discover ten game stations and find out if your team can save Ham House. The trail includes bunny ears, a colourful map, a take home activity card and chocolate egg or vegan ‘Free-From’ chocolate egg, made in the UK using Rainforest Alliance Certified cocoa.
Along the way enjoy wandering with the kids through the sculptural Cherry Garden, the vast grass Plats and the maze-like Wilderness, with hedged compartments and wooden summerhouses to sit in. There’s plenty of space for little legs to run around or play a game of hide and seek, with benches dotted around the paths to sit and take a break. The mud kitchen play area, found at the back of the Orangery Café near some picnic benches, is a space for kids to enjoy creative play.
Take part in the Easter Adventure trail from 28th March to 6th April 2026. Trails cost £3.50. Normal National Trust admission fees apply.
