Join us this summer as we support local wildlife in the museum’s parkland by building your own birdhouse from recycled materials or decorating a ready-made one. Place your creation in the museum grounds for feathered friends or take it home with you to welcome wildlife into your own garden.
Activity taking place in the Outdoor Classroom (in between the Bowling Green and Tennis Court behind the museum) or Create Space in the case of bad weather.  Booking required, however, there may be availability on the day, ask Reception for details. Suitable for all ages, children under 16 must be accompanied.
Please note: There is a £4.00 charge per bird house if opting to decorate one that’s ready-made. Payment to be made at point of booking.
