Decorate a wooden peg doll inspired by your own memorable journey or story. Your creation will become part of a unique collection of miniature characters from around the region, celebrating the 200th anniversary of the Stockton & Darlington Railway.
Self-led activity in the Create Space, suitable for all ages. Booking is not required. Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult. All materials for the activity are provided.
The dolls from this mass-participation art project across County Durham and Tees Valley will be exhibited in a growing exhibition at Preston Park Museum, Stockton-on-Tees, in autumn 2025. For more information about the project, visit sdr200.co.uk.
