The extremely high standards are maintained through regular re-training and quality control visits by a supervisor. This will equip them to cheerfully tackle the toughest challenges. 

 

All new recruits are fully background checked with at least two references and their home situation taken into account (not just DBS checked) before they are covered by our comprehensive professional insurance.  Therefore, on the rare occasions when a breakage occurs, homeowners can rest assured that they will receive full repair or restitution. 

The cleaning service is guaranteed, so the team will return to address any omissions or shortcomings (a rare occurrence!) provided we are informed within two working days. They will be pleased to do so as each team is paid a percentage of the cleaning price, so customers continued patronage is the key to a regular and rising wage. 

The Molly Maid office will answer calls day or night (by a human being!) so changing days and times or the programme of work and arranging to suspend the service whilst on holiday or during sickness or building work is simple. 

We have to take all these costs into account in our pricing and a balance needs to be struck between the need to pay staff a good wage for the job and offering a fair price to the customer. In addition, our prices include VAT. Our over 400 existing customers all agree that it represents value for money.
