PRIZE DRAW
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

- The promotion is open to GB residents aged 18 and over only. Employees and their immediate families of Everyone Active and their subsidiaries, other group companies, their agents or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion may not enter.
- Promotional Period: The opening date for entries is 00.01 hours on 08.06.26. The closing date for entries is 23.59 hours on 12.07.26. Any entries received outside the Promotional Period will not be accepted.
- No purchase necessary. Internet access required.
- Maximum of 1 entry per person. Maximum of 1 prize per person.

- Prize Details:
There is one prize available to be won, consisting of:
- 4 tickets (winner’s child and 3 guests ages 5 – 14 years old) to use Air-X at Harborough Leisure Centre, Market Harborough, LE16 9HF.
- All free tickets must be used on the same visit for the winning child and their three guests. A single child may not return repeated times in order to use all 4 tickets.
- Each ticket can be redeemed against 1 x 50-minute session on the Air-X during sessions for 5 – 14-year-olds only.

- Parents/guardians must always supervise in the Air-X arena but may not go on the inflatable. Socks and comfy clothing must be worn on the inflatable.
- The winner is responsible for all expenses not expressly stated as forming part of this prize, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, meals and drinks, spending money, tips and other gratuities.
- No cash or other alternative prize will be provided, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value. The Prize is non-transferable.
- Incomplete, illegible, invalid, or misdirected entries will not be accepted. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
- All correctly completed entry forms will be entered into the prize draw. The winner will be selected at random by an independent person from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period
- The winner will be contacted within 7 days of the draw date by email using the contact details provided on entry to notify them of their win.
- The winner will need to confirm their full name and home address via return email within 14 days of first notification in order to claim their Prize.
- If a winner does not claim a prize within 14 days of first being notified, rejects their prize or is ineligible, then another winner will be drawn using the same methodology as above. The process will be repeated until an eligible winner is able to claim the prize. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their connections during this time in case they are a winner.
- Within 28 days of valid prize claim and the completion of any verification process, an email will be sent to the winner using the email addresses provided on entry. This email will include a letter attachment which should be taken to Harborough Leisure Centre to be exchanged for the Air-X prize tickets.
- No responsibility can be taken for entries where telephone and/or email details have been provided incorrectly and a winner cannot be contacted.
- Winner may be requested to have their name announced on Everyone Active’s website and to be used for publicity purposes if requested. Winner may be requested to take part in publicity in the form of photographs or interviews with Everyone Active. For the avoidance of doubt, no children will be requested to participate in any publicity.
- The winner’s surname and county of residence is available by emailing: chat@broccolimarketing.com within three months of the closing date of the Promotional Period. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse such requests. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting chat@broccolimarketing.com. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
- The Promoters reserve the right to verify all entries including but not limited to, asking for proof of ID (passport, driving licence or equivalent) which they must provide within 14 days and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw a prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and to disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the spirit of the promotion or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained an unfair advantage in participating or won by fraudulent means.
- In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse and/or error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoters reserve the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
- The Promoters and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
- The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware, or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay, or prevent a participant’s entry to the promotion.
- If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
- Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction unless you live in Scotland, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
- The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose unless we have your consent. Any data obtained as part of the entry process for the promotion will be stored for 3 months after the close of the Promotional Period before deletion.
