Jaw-dropping family fun comes to Swindon!
Children are receiving strange gifts under their pillows after leaving their teeth for the Tooth Fairy, so two enterprising heroes, Alfie and Gabz, decide to investigate the mystery. Little do they know they are on track to discover the disturbing secrets of the Demon Dentist!
Hold onto your teeth as the latest stage version of this popular tale by bestselling children’s author David Walliams arrives at Swindon’s Wyvern Theatre from Wed 23 to Sat 26 Nov. The writer has teamed up with Birmingham Stage Company to bring the story to life. The company won Oliver award nominations for their versions of his other books, ‘Gangsta Granny’ and ‘Billionaire Boy’.
The production has been adapted and directed by the company’s actor/manager Neal Foster, who also wrote and directed the most recent ‘Horrible Histories’ shows including the ‘Barmy Britain’ series seen in the West End, across the UK and abroad. He also directed the world premiere of Liz Pichon’s novel ‘Tom Gates’.
