Council canvasses Wiltshire families on service delivery
Wiltshire Council wants to hear from parents, parents-to-be, carers and their families about how they would like to access council services in the future. It has launched an online survey available to Wiltshire residents until Sun 2 Apr comprising multiple choice questions including one which asks how respondents wish to receive council support.
The survey’s results will feed into delivery of various council services including a review of Family Help across Wiltshire for children aged up to 19 and young people aged up to 25 who have Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND).
Local councillor Laura Mayes says, “Parents and carers have many shared experiences and know what works best for them. We want to make sure our future service provision is right and works in the best way for everyone. This survey is one way we will be asking people to share their views. It’s very quick so we’d like as many people as possible to participate.”
