A school where pupils feel valued

St Augustine’s Catholic College believes that every child, regardless of background, is entitled to the highest quality of education, where they feel valued and can learn in a safe, disruption-free environment. While these reflect the Catholic values of the school, it is not a requirement for pupils to come from a faith community. According to headteacher Aidan Dowle (pictured), “The school’s academic output at GCSE and ‘A’ Level has been a consistent strength over the years, though this is only part of the experience we offer.”

His aim, and that of the school, is that your child becomes a life-long learner and a citizen who takes the lead, to make the world a better, fairer place to live.

St Augustine’s holds a Lower School Open Evening on Thursday 3 October and a Sixth Form Open Evening on Thursday 5 December.
