Aspire Martial Arts is a friendly, family-oriented club, where you will find something for everyone. Their youngest student is 3 and the oldest over 70. They are also fully inclusive and actively encourage and welcome students of all ages and abilities.
Martial Arts classes can be a huge benefit to children with ADHD and those on the Autistic Spectrum. The club has age-specific classes for ages 4 to 6 and for age 7 and over. Its classes promote self-discipline, boost socialisation skills, encourage physical activity and increase confidence and self-esteem, while having fun!
